CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

Up to date information on your order is available in your Müvwear account. Log into your account through the SIGN IN tab.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly – karen@muvwear.com

Although uncommon, should an item be out of stock we will contact you to offer an alternative.

TRACKING INFORMATION

North America - Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. Tracking information is available in your order details and in the shipping confirmation email.

LOST PACKAGE

If your package is lost in transit, please e-mail us right away at karen@muvwear.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that Müvwear is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted it enters production and we are unable to change or cancel the order.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS 

We recommend products with glitter printing be washed inside out and hung to dry. All cotton items are pre-shrunk, however expect minimal shrinkage after the first wash. 

RETURNS

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns. Please contact us with any issues with your item within 5 days of delivery.

INCORRECT SIZING

If you have placed an order and have received a finished printed item unfortunately we cannot process a return or replace the item. Please ensure sizing is correct upon ordering, contact us for sizing questions.
